Hi, my name is Matt and I love to run! I especially enjoy trail running. I am married to Susie and we have six children Connor-10, Jed-8, Jaxine-7, Evan-4, Eliza-2, and Susanna-0. Look for me at your next race, I wear the same bright yellow Twinkies shirt at all my races.
Favorite Course: Mid-Mountain Marathon, Park City, Utah
Up at a family reunion in Idaho this weekend. Last night I ate lots of junk and played cards until 1 a.m. Felt really sluggish when I started my run but after a mile or two I had my energy back and had a good run.

Rye - It was nine miles outside of Newdale, ID. Which is where my parents live. The name of the spot where I ran was Moody Meadows. It is on the edge of the Targhee National Forest.
Burt - Junk food is a regular part of my training diet.

Since my wife and I both come from large families, the summer seems like one big family reunion.
