Today I ran to the Legacy Parkway Trail and did some speedwork. I did .5 mile intervals and 6:40 pace with .25 slow in between. I was surprised how few people were out on the trail today, just a few bikers.

So nice to have it all to yourselves. Driving to work I saw about 50 people out on the roads. Crazy for a wednesday.

I wanted to run outside so bad, but the lightening, oh the lightening. It was striking all around down here. A little to freaky!

I saw some lightning off in the distance today, but there wasn't any in Bountiful. It did start to rain just as I was finishing up.

I ran on the southernmost part of the LPT today. As you know, there are much nicer places to run around here. The southern section is unshaded and hot, has only 1 POP, has no water, is very flat, and is lacking scenery; but, it is at times convenient!
