When I came home from work, my wife had just finished making a batch of granola. So I had a bowl and went out for a run. I took it easy tonight. Just wanted to get stretched out good before Logan Peak this Saturday.

My knees are painful enough to be annoying but not bad enough to stop me from running. I have been using kinesio tape during my runs and that has helped a lot.
