Mueller Park Trail. It was a great morning for a run. 38:18 going up, 24:30 coming down.

Hey, got any plans for Saturday morning? Not sure how far I can run, but it would be good to get out. Let me know. I'm going to give running a try tomorrow. If I feel pretty good I could probably put in some good miles on Saturday.

On Saturday I will be running a 5k. It's the Girls on the Run 5k at Sugar House Park. My new sponsor, Jamba Juice, asked me to run it and is paying for my entry. After the race, I plan on running home. It's about 13 miles. You should come out and join me.

I picked up the sponsorship last week. I don't know all the details yet, but I won't argue if they offer me free smoothies.
