Favorite Course: Mid-Mountain Marathon, Park City, Utah
Hill workout today. I ran up and down several hills on the roads in North Salt Lake. Then I got on the Wild Rose Trail and ran up it. The trail had some snow, but it wasn't to bad.

Sorry this is taking so long to notify you of, but Scott and I are running the Draper BST at 3:30 tomorrow morning. We Plan to do a long route that takes us up over Suncrest to Benchmark peak, then north to south mountain, and then back down and to the car. Not sure if you are feeling up to it and want to join us for part of it, but the offer is out there.
