Another early morning. A half mile of my run was on a trail. As soon as the snow melts, most of my runs will be on trails.

I agree with you. I can't wait to get back on trails. I live within minutes of many trails and plan to spend all of the warm months running around the mountains.

So how early is early today?
I never run trails and it shows! When I do the next day my ankles always hurt I guess they are too weak.

4 a.m. again. If you run trails regularly your ankles will get stronger.
