Fresh snow. I ran up the Mueller Park trail today. I didn't make it all the way to Elephant Rock, I had to turn around about half way up because there was just too much snow. It snowed the whole time I was running.

When I got home I still wanted to finish my hill workout, so I set the treadmill to 12 min miles with an 8% incline and did 3 more miles. Feel the burn.

I'm actually jealous of two things; 1. running in snow and 2. running hills (not that I'm good at hills, but still).

This morning here in Plano it was 57 and about as humid as you could get. I swear there were times when I felt like I could swim faster than I was running.

How can you run Muller Park? I thought it was all snow? Do you have spikes or something to keep you from falling/sliding?

The Mueller Park Trail is open all year round. During the Winter it get used by snow shoers, cross country skiers, and a few snowboarders. I just run in my running shoes. Snow shoes would help, but I don't have any. It is easier to run in the snow than it is to run on icy roads. I ran it last week and made it all the way to the rock.
