Four miles on the treadmill. I have been exhausted lately. For some reason I felt particularly exhausted after this run. I think it's partly the change in weather.

I did not wake up earlier enough to run four because I misjudged the time I needed to wake up. If I was a different person, I'd hop on the treadmill tonight. I'm probably not that person, especially today, since it's yet another 13 hour day. I am determined to run4 days this week. Should be fine because we have a half day tomorrow and no home football game. It's October 24th, just remember.

This is the first run I've had in a few weeks that felt relaxed. I've been rushing to squeeze miles in, which always makes it seem more like a chore, so I needed this run. The first two miles were an easy, slow warmup. Then I started feeling peppy towards the end. First mile started at about 9:20 and then a steady downward trend to end with a 7:45 mile. Also, it us really 10/25.

Another pretty good run. It was 45 degrees, but shorts still worked because it was sunny. There were a couple really windy segments, which was not run. I was glad I wore an ear band. AP was 8:48.
