Ran 10. Planned on running 12, but had this nagging pain in my ankle. I've felt it before but ignored it. I figured today that I might want to take care of it, since the race is next week!
Icing today.
I hope I can get in some mileage this week--planning on running M-F, but I'll be driving to Chicago on Monday. I know I won't get much in on Tu and Th because we have meets those days. |
