| First I did CVX with Chuck. Then I went in a 4 mile run to the farm with Eli biking with me. We started off really slow, like close to 10 min pace for about a quarter mile until I realized that I was actually he one setting the pace. Whoops. Then I picked it up. When we got to the farm, Caleb wanted to ride too, so I just went another 1.25 with him to the KC's. |

| Ever since the first time I did MMX, I've sorta dreaded it whenever it comes up in the rotation. It's not the punching and kicking, but the sprawls that kill me. I felt good after it was over, even though I did dog the last burnout move (50 secs of punching and sprawling). | Comments(1) |

| The day kinda got away from me, but I finally got in a workout in the afternoon while Charlotte was napping. I did Eccentric Upper and then Pilates (which was my workout from yesterday that I missed).
