Ran 2 slow miles to the track. On the track I did intervals.
800--3:48, 400--1:52, 400--1:54, 800--3:42, 400--1:51, 400--1:51. I was a little fast on some of them, but not by much (goal for 800 was 3:47, for 400, 1:54). It felt good, but I feel as if I can start increasing the distance for my speed workouts.
Then I ran 2 slow miles home.
