Now that I'm a little removed from my terrible race, I'm feeling okay about whatever happened. I think some of it was mental, but I'm still having some breathing issues. I'm really trying to be better about using my inhalers. I should probably go back to the doc. I think pollen counts are really high. My cough is back.

You'll do better on the flip flop later.

Tough to be mentally in the game when you can't breathe. I think I agree with Burt, if I knew for sure what he is saying.

Just caught up on your blog Tracy. Bummer on the half. Like you said, you need anoother one. No better way to force an unfun race out of your mind. Keep up the running when you can!

Hey Matt, any chance there's a 1/2 in SD between June 14th and June 19th? Ha ha.

We're coming on June 14. I'm really excited. Rapid City will be our base while we're there. I will probably PM you later (like after school ends) to see if there would be any way our families could meet. We'll travel through Sioux Falls twice, but that's the closest we'll get to you. Even if we can't meet up, I want some advice on some must see things. We've mapped out most of what we want to do, but we like to travel with a loose schedule so that we can be flexible on what we see and do.

No 1/2's that I know of! Bummer. About 2 days ago I was trying to remember when you were headed to SD.

Definitely get ahold of me! Sioux Falls is only an hour away from me so hopefully we can figure something out.

Coincidentally we're headed to Rapid City in the middle of July this year, too. It seems like there's no lack of stuff to do out there!
