I run with God. I use my running time to contemplate, to pray and to listen for His call. I'm married to a non-runner, but a supportive one, and we have four children.

My blog is about small victories right now. This run was a victory because I talked myself into an extra treadmill mile.

Also, I want to make sure you know that Charlotte is just over 9 months, I was able to fit into all my pre pregnancy clothes a bit less than a month ago, and I am still breast feeding. I feel happy about all those things.

No. I've been busy. Trying to get a project done. Maybe next week I'll start running again.
