I did The Warrior with Chuck, and then we went on a short walk (probably just over .75 mi). Then I went on a run. I pushed he pace, nothing crazy, during mile 4. Overall felt good. My only problem is breathing. I have to get in the habit of at least taking a puff from my inhaler before running, but I keep trying to tell myself that it's all in my mind. Then when I run anything over 3, I realize it isn't. Im not gasping for breath, but the cough starts early and lingers all day. I am updating my goals to include my quest to encourage Chuck's goals. He would probably be embarrassed to know that I am putting it in writing, but he'll never know. Wink. |
