Day 1 of p90x. Chest whatever x and ab ripper x. It was tough, but do-able. The guy is a little annoying, but I like the vibe of the whole thing. I couldn't do everything well or with lots of reps, but I am confident that I will be able to. Two nagging questions: 1. How do I do this and running? I don't know if I'll have that kind of time. But I guess I'll just run when I can. 2. How do I do pull ups without a pull up bar or a place to use resistance bands to mimic a pull up bar? I guess I'll just google that to see if anyone has some suggestions. |
