Chuck is starting p90x3 and instead of doing my workout for the day, I did his with him. It was total synergistics. I got resistance bands last week, and I am trying to find ways to do the pull-ups. My use of a chair didn't quite work, but it was better than not trying at all. Then I ran with Eli on his bike. The first mile was a good warmup, the second was fast and then the third was slower because we were out on country roads, and it made me nervous to run with him out there. Luckily there were only a few cars. We ran/biked 3.25. Then after some farm time, we hitched a ride home in the car and I ran to get to an even 4 miles. My pace was quite brisk, and felt good. |
