An easy six, slower than yesterday. I fell in the first 1/2 mile. I was on the ground before I knew what happened, but I think I caught my foot on some uneven sidewalk. Scraped myself up a bit, but I was more embarrassed than anything else. It was nice out again.

Please tell me you did some sit-ups. If you fall on your butt, do sit-ups. If you fall forward, do push-ups. That way, everyone thinks you went down on purpose.

Push ups would have worked better, since I fell forward. I tried to roll sideways to hit the snow instead of the sidewalk, so I guess I could have done a side plank too. Good idea.

Planks!!!!! Yes! You are awesome!

Crap! I hate falling. There's ALWAYS an audience, too.

I can't help but think how hard I'd laugh if I saw someone fall down running, immediately to end up in a side plank - holding it for a while. :)

Ouch. I fell last week, right into a tuck-and-roll. Stupid uneven sidewalks. Glad no damage was done to you.
