My running seems to always derail on Thursdays... Ran the warm up with the kids, sans sports bra. Forgot one. They were doing pace work on the track (1000s) and I timed instead of jiggling my way through them. I did some running around the football field to get to the finish line. Would've been easier to cut through, but the football team was running plays for tomorrow's opening game. Intended to do yoga since I wasn't satisfied with my workout, but never got to it. Family came over, which was slightly annoying.
