I've never felt that I should log fast mileage before, since my "fast" is not all that fast. But today I'm excited because my run was great.
I missed the Tuesday fun run, so I did my own fun run. I started with a 7:33 mile (I only started that fast to see what I could do), ran a recovery mile, a 7:56 mile, another recovery mile, and then a 7:52 mile.
Next time I do this workout, I'll probably start with more of a warmup first. |
