Got up early to do the Shred, level 2.  I am not impressed with that marketing name.  It's pretty stupid. But I do like the workout.  Good old Jillian.

The track team was leaving for their run after school wearing shorts.  It was sunny and felt warm.  When I got in the car, I was surprised to see that it was only around 40.  I was hoping for a change in the normal wardrobe, but by the time I got out of the house, the sun had gone down and it was not quite so warm.  Dropped to around 30, with a strong wind.  My run was nice, a nice and easy average of just under 9.  I'm happy that this pace feels comfortable again...

You're making me feel guilty. I've got to get back to doing the shred.

Teenagers can wear shorts in 40 degree weather, it seems.

Don't feel guilty. I'm only doing it 2 or 3 times a week. I'm trying to work my way into doing it 4 times a week.
