Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
Had a nice run this morning. It was a little on the chilly side, but a nice morning.
Felt good to get back in the pool. Core workout after swim.
Speed work. 800m at 5:45-5:50 followed by 800m recovery x 4. 1 mile warmup and 1.35 mile fartlek cool down. Core workout after.
Swim, stationary bike, and weights. Had a solid workout.
Had to travel early this morning so no time to get a workout in.
Perfect morning for a run. 48 degrees, overcast, foggy, slight drizzle, and no wind. I enjoyed my run this morning!
