I really wanted to get in more than 5 miles but with a 7AM class it is tough to get more than 5. My legs felt better this morning. I am still really tired. Some of it might be the fact that my wife is sick so I haven't slept as well as usual.

At lunch went to the pool and did my 1600 yards of swimming followed by a 15 minute core workout.
