Started the morning with a 1500m swim at the pool. Took just over 30 minutes.
It was a really windy morning. I went on a bike ride with Rhett and we almost got blown off our bikes it was so windy on the way out. On the way back to town we were able to fly! It was a lot of fun coming back.
Went to the gym and ran 9 miles on the TM. Ran at 8min/mile pace. Legs felt good but towards the end I was getting a little low on energy.
