I had a really good run this moring. The legs felt really good for some reason. I started a little slower the first mile (7:50) and finished the last 4 strong. It could be that the weather is much cooler and it is much easier to run when it is not really hot. I pushed it up the hill and did it under 7:50 which I felt pretty good about.

Followed the run with a nice swim. I did not swim as fast as usual. I guess someting has to give. Run fast, swim slow... Run slow, swim fast... Who knows. Swim was 38:30.
