We went on a family vacation and so it has been almost a week of no running but a lot of walking. I did 2 miles on Thursday morning but it was a really easy 2 miles. That made for a really tough 5 mile run this morning in the wind. I was really tired. Eating a lot of bad food and not having an eating schedule did not help with that either. I am hoping by the end of this week I am feeling better.
