This week I am really trying to get a few good runs in. I have not had a lot of time to run the past couple weeks so I am looking forward to at least 3 good runs. My marathon was 4 weeks ago and I actually felt tired at around mile 6. It is amazing how fast it goes away, but hopefully it comes back fast too. My AP was good and the pace I ran at was very comfortable so I was happy with the fact that I was still able to run with some speed.
AP: 7:40 for the first 7 miles and the last .6 I did just as a recovery to try to aviod being too sore the next day.
