I haven't logged this many miles in a week for a long time so my legs definitely didn't feel as fresh as last week. Finished the last few miles at the track so it was flat and easy to run. It was a mental battle but I'm always glad to see that I can still push through the mental blocks and get my miles in. AP: 8:29/mile.
Next week will be a recovery week after 4 weeks of solid running.
