Married to my awesome wife Kirstyn and together we have 4 kids.
Had to go to the school early so I didn't get a workout in this morning. I was really tired too.
Swim followed by core workout
I took Monday off because I had to be to the school a little early. Felt good to get back at it this morning.
AM: 6 miles running
PM: stationary bike 20 min with weights
Got a late start and didn't want to run but did it. Thought I would only do 8-10 but decided to challenge myself a little more and do a half marathon.
