Did my usual 5 mile run this morning. I did not run on Monday. I was going to do an evening run but my cough was just too bad and I was really tired from a long day at work. My legs felt good this morning. I am planning on a 20 mile run this weekend, which will be my last really long run before the marathon so I am going to do 5-6 each morning.
