Core workout followed by my run.
I wanted to do 5 miles this morning but at mile 3 my foot felt tight and I wanted to be safe so I stopped and stretched and went another mile. Felt tight still so I walked it in. I still don't trust my foot completely. It's frustrating but I'm trying to focus on the good and the fact that I'm back to running.
Had a nice swim today. Felt good and strong on the swim.
