I really love my swim/run mornings. I wake up ready to get out and have some fun. Had a really good swim in the pool. Only swam for 30 minutes and was able to get 26 or 27 laps in (I always loose track) which was an improvement from last time with speed. My arms felt good and it was nice to get in the water. Still waiting to get in the lake.
With my run I decided I was going to take things a little slower today. I ran at a pace that felt pretty easy and I was suprised to see that I was still running at a good pace. I got the wind going to the Island, and the wind coming back from the Island. Not sure how that happened, but it did. Every day I am just thankful that I am able to run!
