12 miles with a workout, 3x2 miles with 2:00 recovery jog between. The conditions were terrible this morning, 75 degrees, 90% humidity... summer in Florida is back. Got through the workout at least, but it wasn't great. Felt pretty bad by the end of the second rep, but was good enough to at least try the last one. Made it through somehow. When these small taper workouts are difficult to complete, it makes me wonder if I've lost all shape and can even come close to my goal for the race.
