Six in the morning at what has become my regular wimpy pace while I wait for my hamstrings to find their happy place again. Also got to the gym for 30 min XT.
Went out later in the day and got some nice sunshine on a very nice day. A bit chilly but no wind and the sun was dandy. Ran up/down some hills a few times to mix things up and try to help kick my legs out of their darn funk. Didn't feel great but felt better than I have for a couple weeks or so.
The SF running gang had our annual Thanksgiving run and social. Always nice to get together for a run, hot cocoa, donut & gift raffle. Happy Thanksgiving!
Nice Saturday run with the gang. Starting to have some hopes that my hamstring bum-itis might be improving. The secret seems to be to keep the pace nice & easy all the time around 9:15-10:00 pace.
