Had a bit of anxiety and a lot on my mind after arriving at work from the airport after seeing off our youngest son as he headed off to Thailand for a while. The weather was beautiful so decided to go for a short run to enjoy the day and clear my head. Felt pretty klunky the first mile but then I loosened up and felt better. No watch today so don't know or care about my pace, don't imagine that I broke any speed records

Five miles in the early morning on a cool & misty but pleasant morning. Legs feeling pretty good although I did keep the pace very nice & easy.

Met up with Chad, Hal, and Pat on a clear cool morning with an ice-cold canyon wind! Could never get very warmed up, wind-chill was probably around freezing. Took it very easy with lots of walking breaks.
