Another 8-miler in the early morning. Noticeably cooler today than yesterday and it felt good. Only problem was all the smoke in the air, I may have done more damage than good running in the gunk my clothes smelled like a forest fire when I got home. Ran watch free as the garmin decided to do it's thing where the battery is dead for no good reason. No worries though it was nice to not have the watch, I need to remember to do these watch-free runs more often. |
