Did a 4 mile tempo run in the middle of this run. I cheated and worked it so most my tempo miles had all the downhill and tailwind sections of the run. Splits were 6:56, 7:03, 6:48, 6:47.
Plan was for 16-18 today but I ended up with 18.5 plus probably another mile of walking. Feeling a bit pooped and didn't have the zip I had last Saturday. Oh well guess you can't feel super every day. Ran mostly with Chad and Kim (x2) and Ludlow with a few solo miles.
