Consistently place in the top 5 of my age division as long as my body will allow it.

Got out just about the time the sun came out. Nice temps probably around 55-65 with just enough clouds and wind to keep it from feeling overly warm. Did 10 strides along the way.

AM: Easy 7 miles. I'm really liking the way I'm feeling on these runs lately, legs feel good and everything is quite enjoyable. Nice to be in short sleeves in the early morning.

Got in 6 miles early in the morning on one of those rare SF days where there was pretty much no wind. Later went to the gym for 30 min XT.

Nice morning for a long run even if it did rain a bit off & on. Ran with Kim and the guys a few miles then parted ways with Hal and Pat halfway up Harry's hill and did the last 7 miles or so solo. Glad to see that 7:45-8:00 pace is starting to feel more comfortable the last week or so.
