Woke up to a whopping -8 degrees! Waited until around 11am when it was up to around +5 degrees and went out with Kim for an easy 5 miler. Sure looking forward to St George this weekend and temps in the 50's.

You guys are crazy! I'm happy staying with the treadmill when its this cold! I too am looking forward to SG this weekend.

Clay I usually haven't thought we were crazy when people have suggested it, but with today's and Saturday's runs I'm beginning to think we may be a bit loony!
I have run on the treadmill a couple of times this month but I hate that about as bad or worse than the frigid temps!
