Six miles easy about 3.5 with Kimi. Got a little warm toward the end and I think I was a bit dehydrated, my ave HR was a lot higher than it should have been.

Do you like the new Asics DSRacers. I loved my Asics Ohana Racers because of being a stability racer. Do these have the same feel.

Kory - I do like the DSRacers a lot. I've never used the Ohana so not sure how they compare but the DSRacers are a stability racer and remind me a little bit of the Banditos. Also if you've used DSTrainers before they have a similar feel but quite a bit lighter.
