Nice pace and still getting in some good miles.

Tom, are you going to race STG this year, try for another PR? It seems you have been having a great time running with Kim this year.

Brent - yes I'd like to give a PR a shot at STG if my body holds up over the summer. Seems that I have a hard time coming out of the marathon training cycle in one piece and ready to perform on race day. Going to try backing off the miles a bit this year, more cross-training, less track speedwork, more long tempos and MP miles. We'll see how it goes. Kim is geared up to go for a PR as well. Then planning on a "rest year" for 2014 then gear up to turn 50 and race well in 2015 when I'll be the young buck in my AD again.

I'm looking forward to see how things go for you with the swim coach. Fear of swim has kept both Kim and I from even attempting a mini-Tri so far but we'd like to eventually get the swim monkey off the back and someday look at an IM attempt.
