I'm cutting the miles a bit this week after 3 straight weeks of 50+ to give my body a breather. Ran 5 in the early morning then later did 30 min XT + core at the gym.

You're body might go into shock or withdrawals if you don't run four to five 8 milers a week.

Terry the only shock or withdrawal I have lately is if I don't get my treats & junk food for the day.
