I counted these as easy miles but they were of the harder easy mile variety. Went out with Kim and Dan some slushy and kinda slippery roads. But temps were fairly mild (30 degrees?) and no wind so it made for a nice December run.

Dang Mr. Lee you've almost tripled my monthly miles. To much work and Christmas. Maybe it will get better next year but it's not looking good for the next couple months.

Terry the sad thing is my gut is still expanding even with the miles and I can't seem to get out of first gear speed because of the stupid bum-itis. Oh well just gotta be happy with any winter miles. Looking forward to some St George runs this next week.
