Easy 8 mile early this morning. Felt pretty good other than old itis's that never go away.

I remember in the good old days, there were times where I just wanted to run hard right from the beginning of a workout because I felt so good. Now that I've got old-itis like you I always ease into a workout hoping the old bones will lossen up.
