Went out around 11am. Beautiful sunny day with no smog. A bit of wind from the south but can't complain much since everything else was so nice. Just a nice easy recovery run.

Tom, have a Merry Christmas, we are going down to St. George the day after xmas for a week. gotta love those clean air days. Thanks for the comments on the cross training. Xmas is so much fun with the kids and grand kids, we so lucky to have wonderful families.
