AM: Ran 6.1 with Kim out toward Leland direction and finishing up at the high school were Jansen had parked the van. Nice morning for a run, no rain, not too windy and not too cold if you were dressed right. 9:10 PM: Ran 4 more, feeling really good lately with both this run and the one this morning feeling effortless, had to keep reminding myself to slow down a bit and save it for the big hill workout tomorrow. 7:47/153 RHR 47
