WHAT is Saturday???
Great workout yesterday. Funny thing, that is like the 4th entry I have read for St George marathon trainees that has said they quit the hard part early (me included). We must all be tired and ready!

Kelli I think at this point just after the peak of marathon training and starting to taper our bodies are just really worn out and it's hard to finish those long tempo runs as planned. Hopefully after another week or 2 of taper we'll all start feeling like superheroes, hopefully without too much taper-madness and phantom pains & injuries.
Nothing exciting on Saturday, just wanting to have fresh legs so I can run the last 10 miles of my long run at MP pace or a little faster.

I SEE!!! Well, then, best of luck to you on Saturday. I am still undecided on how long to go...I am so tired! Ready to taper, for sure. In fact, I am ready for the race to be over!!!!
