HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIM!!!!

Rest day for the birthday girl Kim today (I won't reveal her age but I'll just say that if you write the numbers forward or backward you get the same number!) so I ran 7 solo. Felt good, legs peppy so did a few MP miles.

Nice pace! You still planning on running with Kim at SGM?

Yup Terry I'm still planning on running with Kim. I like the way I'm feeling every day running mostly all easy pace for me, and the long runs at Kim's pace wear me out enough I'm fully content to stick with that program through SGM.

What about you Terry? Maybe it's time to see the doc? I'm surprised your leg is still giving you so much trouble. I hope you can get a handle on that soon. You're always welcome to hang back and help me escort Kim at SGM.

I may have a hard time keeping up with you and Kim the way my training is going.
