Tom, not much detail to your post, hope the rehab is going well, mountain biking is fun, nice ot have a couple bikes just for the fun of it. Sylvie is too timid to follow me on the trails, you need to be agressive to keep from biffing. Hope you can be rehabbed enough to give STG a run.

Thanks for checking up on me Brent. Things are going quite well with the rehab, should be good to go for STG and pace Kim to sub-4. I've been really buried at work lately, so haven't had time to do much blogging besides quick and done.
