Got daring and added some 10-20 second jogging-with-Kim segments into the walk around the deck 11 track routine. Feet felt great and no problems so decided to experiment through the week and add a bit more running each day up to 2 or 3 miles max. Also 60 min XT in the gym.
Today's excitement was the Zip-line in maZatlan way out in the boonies by this sleepy little Mexican town (pop. 150) that looked like it came right out of an old Mexican Western movie. |
