Here is my question of the day: So how come even though I'm doing no exercise, my appetite doesn't seem to be diminishing whatsoever?

You've been habitually putting a high nutritional load, and the relatively short layoff from vigorous exercise isn't enough time for your body to make adjustments.

Thanks for some perspective Kam. I'm hoping after a few days my desires to eat everything in sight will decrease. But at the moment a big bag of chips or hunk of dark chocolate sounds pretty good.
